Broadstone Cross Creek Ranch

I have been living in this community for some time now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The property is always kept clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The management and maintenance teams are professional, friendly, and quick to address any concerns or service requests. One of the amenities I enjoy the most is the car wash station inside the community. It’s incredibly convenient to have access to a dedicated area where I can wash my vehicle without having to leave the property. The area is kept clean and is a great added benefit that saves both time and money. I also appreciate how safe and comfortable the community feels. The grounds are well cared for, common areas are maintained regularly, and the staff truly seems to care about the residents. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s clear that management works hard to provide a positive living environment. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home. The excellent staff, well-maintained property, and convenient amenities like the car wash make it a great place to live.

I visited this property to get information about rental options, and the employee who assisted me, Amanda, was unpleasant and unhelpful. Since English is not my primary language, I asked several questions, but she seemed reluctant to answer them and made no effort to help me understand the information I needed. The experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Poor management overall and the property manager is particularly unhelpful and unprofessional

It’s really disgusting how every time I visit this apartment complex there’s poop everywhere also I can never find a parking spot
