If you’re considering moving into properties like The Terraces or Friendship Place in Fredericksburg, I would strongly encourage you to do your research first. Based on my personal experience, I’ve had ongoing issues with management, communication, and how tenancy matters have been handled, which has made my situation extremely stressful. I am currently addressing these concerns through the appropriate legal and housing channels. In my experience, once I began asserting my rights and raising concerns, the situation escalated rather than improved. I have also personally heard other residents express similar concerns about management. Personally, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Just sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.
