Great place to live!! Very well, kept And Maintained. Nice new fence and great sunsets every evening.

Maintenance guy very nice and apologetic. My laundry room area had stored memorabilia in taped boxes. Water heater drain was opened before being completely emptied and water went everywhere. He cleaned as much as he could and used a fan to dry what could be dried. Having to go through all the boxes. Worker extremely apologetic.

Jason handled the selection and installation of the damaged water tank in a most competent and timely manner. Plus, Jason an the office staff are very pleasant to deal with. Juniper is lucky to have retained them.

The management and maintenance at Terraces truly go above and beyond! They create a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents, keeping the facilities clean and making everyone feel safe and valued. It's clear they genuinely care about the community and the well-being of everyone who lives here.

We have been living at these apartments for 2 years, and we have always had our necessities met, as the maintenance team and management is very responsive and attentive in taking care of the tenants here! We are like a big family and all of our neighbours are kind and respectful! We love it here, and just signed another lease. We are very comfortable! The maintenance also keeps the pool and other amenities clean and top notch. The grass is always manicured and there are no pests that I have seen. It is also affordable and in a great location, and the Fredericksburg Police Department patrols through here regularly. It feels very safe. Highly recommend!
