Sunrise Townhomes

I’ve been meaning to write this review since moving in back in April… there aren’t enough words in my head that can describe just how wonderful Michele has been as well as how wonderful my living here is. It is so peaceful. And any issue that I may have, Jason addresses and takes care of it so quickly. I am in love with my home. And I have Michele Edwards to thank for that.

First, to my knowledge maintenance has not been in the apartment. Second, the problem still exists, so I need it fixed.

Very nice community, and a good area. The staff and Management are very friendly and helpful, very quick to respond and help.

With all the crime in the world these days, I hesitated to move into a large apartment complex. However, I feel extremely safe here. The staff does a great job of screening potential residents, providing good locking systems on the doors, and good lighting at night time. Residents for the most part are very considerate of one another. My apartment feels like a home.

I lived at Sunrise Townhomes with my Granddaughter for over two years and It was a safe quiet environment for us to live in! I could always go to the manager (Michele) with any concerns and Maintenance (Jason) was always quick to take care of anything that popped up, which wasn’t very often. I would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a clean safe place to raise your family!
