I am new to Fredericksburg and I’ve just recently moved into Barons Park. I love my New apartment and the location. Jeanette the manager has been so helpful as has Suzie in maintenance. I truly believe I have made a good choice and hope to be here for a good long time. Looking forward to making new friends!

Staff is wonderful the grounds are kept immaculate, great amenities and services are prompt. Love the location how I can walk 5 minutes in any direction and have fun, get fed and watered.

Barons Park Apartments is absolutely amazing! This is my first apartment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the place I chose. Jeanette has been beyond helpful. She answered every single one of my questions with kindness and efficiency (even the obvious ones, first-time renter here 😅). She made the entire process so easy and stress-free. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Susie in maintenance, she’s the BEST! She’s always on top of things, incredibly kind, and she loves dogs, which is a huge plus. When I first moved in, I had an issue with my outdoor handle. Susie had just left for vacation, but the day she got back, I came home to find it already fixed. That level of care and dedication says it all. Barons Park truly goes above and beyond for their residents. I’m so happy to call this place home!

Jeanette is amazing! She helps in finding the right apartment that fit to our need. We were able to move in just in time and get the 2 months free. That’s the kicker! We have a very nice view of Barons Creek side. If you’re lucky you’ll see a deer. Our dog loves it. It’s super nice! Everything in Barons Park is high quality product from construction materials to workmanship. It’s very luxurious! When you get bored from watching movies or browsing internet just go outside and hit the gym, jump in the pool, barbecue, play pickle ball, walk to HEB. Mine’s the later! The facility is fenced and secured by the gates. It’s a very quiet neighborhood! If you any problem in your apartment, just ask Susie, she got all the tricks in her sleeve! I almost never miss Hawaii..
