I scheduled a tour and showed up on time, but no one was there. I called the office and left a voicemail but never heard back. It’s frustrating when management doesn’t communicate with potential tenants.

They have a rat infestation and roach infestation. They will illegally enter your unit. The AC does not work. They do nothing to fix. Literally am opening a law suit. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Miguel is the best and so professional. He came out at 8pm late at night to fix my leak under the sink and was very nice and great work and coustomer service. Apt 3014 A chalk gardens

I want to give a shout out to Miguel the maintenance supervisor. Miguel is friendly and very professional at all times, he is knowledgeable in his field and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Your maintenance guy Miguel is really professional and has great customer service. He gets in and out and is very friendly. He came in and fixed my kitchen light and it took him about 15 minutes to do.
