Very friendly and well mannered office management the move in process was easy and stressed free thanks to LaDarrica she went above and beyond to ensure my move in was nothing less than pleasant thanks for helping find my new home I would strongly recommend this property.

Ladarrica was the best. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I know I probably got on her nerves but she was always pleasant. When I went into the office bc I needed help Ladarrica and Brittany were friendly/helpful..

The staff is friendly. The workers strive to keep the dumpster area clean. There have been attempts to improve the property, but there are still issues. The gate couldn't stay fixed and eventually was broken in half and never repaired. Cameras aren't functional around the property. There is a delay in work orders being completed. The technician is knowledgeable and gets the job done when he gets around to it.

I give this apartment leasing office a 5 star Ms.LaDarrica Sims is my go to girl she helped me through the application process when I didn’t understand it and got me moved in quicker then I can blink. Anything wrong or if I have any questions she gets right back to me same day I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

Overall a good place to stay considering the price. However, many times things are not fixed in a timely manner. The new office ladies, Brittany and Laderica are a great addition and help the frustrations to be too bad. I just think they need a new efficient maintenance crew. I only ever see 2 actually working, which are the supervisor and the Latino.
