I’m really shocked at all the five stars reviews. But most of them are only based off tours. With the exception of the leaser, staff is terrible. The attitude on that assistant manager is beyond me. Also very unprofessional the way she was speaks to people and about residents. The manager is always so clueless and is honestly no better. After forwarding harassing and demeaning emails from the assistant manager to the property manager nothing was done and from that point on she has ignored everything. My husband went to the office to complain just for them to act like they didn’t know who we were. There has been nothing but retaliation and nasty attitudes and harassment since we complained about our apartment. Mind you it was filthy when we moved in. We have sent several emails that have gone unanswered and calls that do not get returned. After just a month of being here, we are fed up and have decided to break our lease. It’s just not worth it. Save your money and move across the street to the montage. It is way better there. They actually care about their residents. Not just on the tour but after they move in too.

I have lived in Falcon Ridge apartment for a while long while have no problem with them fixing stuff and doing stuff that I need done so I would recommend it’s a good place to live safe.

Lauren is an amazing manager who truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She made our renewal process incredibly and was there every step of the way to answer questions and help with anything we needed. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication really stand out. It’s refreshing to have a manager who genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to make everything run smoothly. Willow & Wise is lucky to have her, and we are grateful for all of her help. Living here has been a great experience thanks to people like Lauren!

Loved visiting W&W, it was clean, staff was professional and friendly. We felt welcomed, the WiFi office space is a plus. I'll be back. Thank you.
