The lady's here are real awesome they help me and it's my first time moving in to an apartment and they've been walking me through everything without them I don't think I could do it so I appreciate them so much

I lived here for 14 months & I’ll never consider living there again. They literally charge you for anything you can think of!!! They charge you for things you don't receive such as valet trash. I never had anyone pick up my trash from my doorstep the whole time I lived here. I also couldn’t get the charge removed. The gym equipment barely worked, the gate just started back working on a regular bases. When we first moved in, the refrigerator and a few after were full of bugs. We had HUGE spiders every other day, roaches, AND RATS!!!!! If you go outside at night you’ll see possums, raccoons, and frogs (especially if your unit is by the creak, stay away from there!!!) The maintenance men don’t do a good job of fixing anything. Foundation is leaning & in my unit specifically we dang near had a hill to even go from the living room into the dining room. One last thing, there is hardly any “regular” parking spots. It’s almost like they want you to pay for a reserved parking spot just to even have your car NEAR your unit. Management is nice tho. The pool is great! I do not recommend moving here.

I just got threatened by Daisy. She accused me of having Dogs. I’ve never had a dog in my life? This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Being accused of something that is not true is the worst feeling one human can bestow on another human. And she loves making her tenets feel less than. I think it’s a power move/insecurity type thing. I offered to let her look her self but then I’m sure she knew she was caught in a lie and double backed. NEVER LIVE HERE. Aside from people blasting music all night long, THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE. The staff all has a goal to make their tenets simple feel bad. And to Daisy, I hope your life gets better and you are able to not accuse other people in the future of things that aren’t true.

Floors are then Everytime I walk neighbors are banging on the wall like I'm a dog or something. Cars been towed twice in a week was finally informed why when I chased a wrecker driver down at 3am they leave the gate open for them. They troll at 2 and 4 am snagging cars. 774 dollars in a week. And a damaged truck. Uncomfortable and not welcome here is what it feels like. Hotel California you can never leave.
