Villas at 1404 Apartments

Lived with my daughter for a year and this was by far the WORST place I've ever been. First of all the amenities and in apartment washer/dryer they advertise , club house is all a lie. You get shown a model apartment and end up in one thats not move in ready , no air/heat for a month , hot water is always cold /boiler out , the appliances are nasty and dont work well if at all and the roaches are atrocious. Our apartment flooded whenever it rained and it took them a entire 4days to show up and do something. Anthony is the maintenance man and does one hell of a job fixing everything but had little to no help. They stay changing management and let's not forget all the extra charges they add to your rent each month....This place needs to be closed down its not worth the effort so choose wisely before moving here!!!

would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this property. What was advertised and what I actually received were two completely different things. False Advertising: The brochures and online listing promised a private balcony/patio, washer and dryer in-unit, a microwave, sparkling clean pool, custom cabinets, and central air/heat. None of these turned out to be true. Condition of the Unit: • The central air conditioning does not work at all. I have had to install two window units just to make the apartment livable, which has caused my electric bill to skyrocket well over my budget. • Paint is peeling throughout the apartment. • Bathtub is clogged and unusable. • The condensation access panel for the AC is warped and falling down. • Toilet seat is broken. • No visibility from the peephole. • Doorbell does not function. Amenities & Fees: • Guests are charged to park, which is unreasonable. • Extra charges for credit repair, lease lock, and cable TV were added to my rent—but I have not received any of those services. This property misrepresents itself with flashy marketing, but the reality is neglected maintenance, hidden charges, and broken promises. Renters deserve transparency and livable conditions, and unfortunately, this complex provides neither. Do yourself a favor and do not move in here.
