Valley at Cobb Park

Love the office manager Jasmine!! She’s done well to keep things in order, no one’s getting killed anymore so she’s out here saving lives too! Since she’s been in office I haven’t seen trash around the trash cans anymore and no kids running around in just diapers. Thank you, Jasmine for creating a safer environment for us to live in! If I could request anything it would be to have an entryway for the people in the back, although I love getting my steps in it’s a workout to bring groceries in sometimes. Aside from that things are looking much better with the new office manager Jasmine

If I had to change a few things it would be for ms jasmine to be removed as a manager just because she doesn’t make the residents feel welcomed and she abuses her power as a manager and also has had relations with her residents and they don’t do anything about the roaches and the maintenance workers does not help you with anything in their unit until 2-3weeks later she’s definitely not a people person

The office lady jasmine is not helpful she don't give manager she picks with all the females & let all the dudes do whatever .... last place to be

Overall l I like it here it’s quiet and very well lit parking lots at night..Office management is very nice n professional and nice maintenance

I have no issues here with management. I think if you speak with respect, they will be able to assist you better. Benny is an awesome manager! I've seen him throw great parties for the kids and it comes from his own pocket! He goes all out! The only complaint I do have is the trash on the ground. Alot of tenants just throw their garbage on the ground so it makes it look bad even after the workers spend their morning hours cleaning up only for it to get trashed again.
