walked in to inquire about a one-bedroom and was greeted by Branden. extremely professional. And very helpful he showed us the one-bedroom and the two-bedroom. We ended up with the two-bedroom with a beautiful large kitchen and a nice backyard. He showed us around the pool area different amenities. He really took his time to explain everything and made us feel like this is really a good place to make our home. Thank you, Branden for all your support. Our family is truly thankful for you

Upon move-in there were so many maintenance, admin, and account/portal issues. It’s taken months to finally get everything ironed out, but everyone involved was very kind. Maintenance: 10/10 they are amazing, timely and get the job done well. Office: 5/10 It’s hit or miss when you’ll get any issue resolved. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries of contacting the office and sometimes they can fix it immediately. It depends on who you’re able to get ahold of. Amenities: 8/10 the amenities that are completed so far have been amazing EXCEPT the gym. It’s very small with minimal equipment and can’t fit more than 3 people comfortably. When you have a community this size, it gets overcrowded FAST. The pool and lounge areas are beautiful. The car wash and dog wash are so convenient. Overall this is a great community if you’re looking for something between apartment living and home ownership. Expect some technical and administrative bumps along the way, but nonetheless, it’s great place to live.
