If I can rate this apartment a10 I would. Ms.Cree is the best hands down !!! Very accountable, responsible, honest. I was so on edge about applying to these apartments but she reassured me to have faith. Once I was approved everything was a flowing process. She made this move in stress free for me, I can’t thank her enough. Very family oriented here! one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you Ms.Cree !!!

Decent apartments. Maintenance requests get resolved in a timely manner and there's not too much that goes on here. I just hate that they have most of the parking spaces numbered and to park there, you have to pay. I feel it's a waste of money since even if somebody parks in your spot, you have to wait for the tow truck to come and I'm not a fan that the gates dont work for extra security.

Very inviting and professional type of leasing agents. I experienced Cree she was wonderful and she knows her stuff! Keep her around, the property is as beautiful as the photos and so is the interior of the apartment i viewed. Its very convenient to I30 and manys of food places in the area, I know I'm going to love it here.

Cree is the best! She helped out tremendously with my move in and I want the office to know she is amazing and a great asset! Cree is so fast, personable, keeps it real/straight to the point and is very thorough in her work. My original leasing consultant was Jennifer she did help me find the perfect unit however, Cree definitely did the most in making this unit suitable for move in and got my concerns addressed fast when Jennifer was hard to get ahold of. BIGGGGG Shoutout to Cree!

If the other reviews didn't convince you this place is terrible then mine probably won't either. And I mean the real reviews, not the sudden appearance of a hundred 5 stars since the property was bought. So just read my next paragraph. First, look up the company that owns the Reese 'Summit property management' and read those reviews, everything from roaches to rats to mold. Apparently they change the name every few years to escape the bad press, so if you can't find it make sure to get the new name. Second, look either place up on the Better Business Bureau, these guys are not approved. And lastly, if you still decide to live here you need to join the Tenants Union, you will need a lawyer at some point. Onto my experience, the office was giving us wrong answers before we even moved in, and we'd always get charged an extra fee because of it which is when we realized we made a mistake. Since then: maintenance never fixed anything, always had to call a 3rd party who showed up a week later. And they would claim to have called us to let them in, but couldn't show proof and we didnt get the call either. So we'd have to wait another week and reschedule. The fridge died twice, lost all the food. The video I have posted is the 2nd time the bathroom flooded, they lied the first time and said the upstairs neighbor didnt hook up their washing machine correctly. Took 2 seconds to Google and see they had the same layout, so the leak couldn't have been the washing machine. Lo and behold, a week later it flooded again, this time they admitted we got plumbing water all over our bathroom since they had to cut a hole in our ceiling. We paid for trash the entire time, despite asking several times we never got our trash can so we couldn't use it, we were told we didnt have to pay for pest control, got charged anyway. The building had a roach infestation that none of us could shake, and no one in our building ever saw the pest control we were forced to pay for. The air ducts are all tied to the other apartments, so my apartment smelled like cheap weed every time I had to turn the AC or heat on, you could smell it outside the neighbors door, apartment didnt care. Maintenance once tore up a section of our floor moving the fridge, then he moved our rug to hide it. Whole place is covered in broken glass, be very careful letting your kids or dogs out, the patio next to the kids play area always had the most glass. Whole complex smelled horrible, i think only 2 people besides myself actually picked up their dogs poop, apartment didnt care. They don't have keys for the gym. You have to catch the office staff. And as of now we haven't gotten our deposit back, over a month later and my wife and I left the place significantly better than we found it. I mean, one of the windows didn't even close properly so I had to buy new locks for them. They've said they sent it, now theyre looking for it, they have no intention of giving us our money back. Almost forgot, they painted the place maybe a day or two before we moved it. The whole place smelled of paint for weeks, and we moved in during the freeze so we couldn't keep windows open for long to air it out. TLDR: maintenance didn't know how to use a screwdriver, office staff constantly gave wrong answers and brushed it off when you tried showing them, appliances never work or always break down, and the whole place is disgusting, roaches, broken glass, dog poop everywhere.
