THE BEST apartment community I have been in! Highly recommend! The pros: very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, stores, etc within a mile or two. The train is really close as well. Made going to Dallas and the airport a breeze! The building was always clean and well maintained and parking was simple; overall quiet area. The best part of this complex, though, was the staff. The people in the office and the service technicians were the most professional, kind, and organized group! If nothing else, lease with them for the people! The con (which really isn’t a big deal): a few homeless in the area. Never felt unsafe but worth knowing. Moved out of the area or I probably would have stayed here forever! Can’t recommend enough! Go check them out!

I’ve waited a few months since moving into The Phoenix to write my review. I moved in February, completely new to Fort Worth, leaving my hometown was a big leap for me, but The Phoenix has made the transition feel seamless and welcoming. From the beginning, Kimberlee was amazing. She gave me a thorough tour of the complex and the unit I ultimately chose. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Throughout the process, she was kind, responsive, and patient, even when I sent multiple follow-up emails (which she always answered with a great attitude!). After touring other apartments around Fort Worth, I felt The Phoenix was the best fit for me, and I’m happy to say I was right. The move-in process was incredibly smooth, with most of it done from my phone, which was super convenient. On move-in day, Kimberlee greeted me with my welcome packet, walked me to my apartment, and happily answered even more of my questions. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. Like any area, this one has its quirks, but I feel incredibly safe, which means everything, especially as someone living alone. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I absolutely love the modern appliances, flooring, spacious layout, THE VIEW (!!), valet trash, in-unit washer/dryer, and the unbeatable location. Since I work from home, I spend a lot of time in the apartment and around the complex, and I’ve noticed how hard the maintenance team works to keep everything clean and well-maintained. I’ve only met Trey once, but he was so kind and helpful. Overall, living at The Phoenix has been the best experience I’ve had. It has made me enjoy Ft. Worth that much more making it feel like home. The Phoenix truly emulates luxury in so many more ways than the norm and I feel lucky to be apart of it.

Moving into The Phoenix in Downtown Fort Worth was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance staff, Trey and Aaron, are incredibly helpful. I had minor issues at move-in that were fixed in less than 24 hours. The gym is really nice and has everything you need to skip going elsewhere most days. I even noticed something that needed repair, and it was corrected very quickly. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the easy access to the freeway makes commuting a breeze. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home!

Where do I begin with how much I've loved The Phoenix as my home for the past 1.5 years? It was my first real apartment outside of student housing right before graduating, and I had definitely gotten burned before with previous properties' empty promises of fixing things only for them to break down again, amenities closed down half the time, indifferent office staff, and the like. But I can honestly say living at The Phoenix, they mean what they say and they hold themselves to a higher standard. I have encountered NONE of the things I've experienced before at other apartments: Trey, the Maintenance Manager, is always on top of any maintenance requests/work orders put in- and gets them done right the FIRST time and has excellent communication throughout the process. That man is so efficient! He's even been kind enough to let my dog and cat out of the room when Pest Control had to come by to handle the residual sugar ants in my bathroom (my cat was frequently spilling his food on the floor). The amenities are an all-around hit, and I loved that I was able to access the WiFi, computers, and printer in the clubhouse for those late nights of studying even after hours, due to the secure key fob access. The courtyard is one of my favorites too because of how cozy it is, it feels like a private backyard- and I loved going out there to study also. Plus, with the grill out there, I was able to make dinner at the same time! If I'm feeling more social, then the pool area is definitely where it's at. There are plenty of seating areas and a good mix of people from all walks of life to converse with! As for the office staff, I couldn't be more thankful. They are so kind and understanding, it's easy to feel like they're your friendly neighbors more than anything. When my roommate and I decided to go our separate ways due to sudden job changes, they were very transparent about the ins and outs of getting a separate unit to make that transition easier. Allison, the Community Manager, is the main reason that, despite the job change to a further location, I've decided to stay at The Phoenix! I love how she runs this property and you can tell her heart is genuinely in it because residents aren't just apartment numbers to her- they're people with hobbies and pets with names that she somehow remembers? It truly feels like home here. I'm so appreciative of being able to lay my head down at night in a safe, caring, and down-to-earth community.

I lived at the Phoenix for 24 months and very much enjoyed my time there. If not for personal reasons I would have stayed longer! The Phoenix is perfectly situated for those wanted an urban lifestyle but without the pace or hassle of being in a very busy location. It’s easy to walk, bike or bus to downtown and all of the Near Southside. The surroundings are generally very quiet, the only thing I would warn is that trash trucks picking up from surrounding businesses can come in the middle of the night and are very loud. Amenities are lovely as well, and the building feels very secure, especially with the enclosed hallways. Although I have not looked at apartment prices in the area since 2018, at the time The Phoenix also was one of the most reasonable of all comparable communities in the area. And finally, the management and maintenance team is fantastic and a joy to work with!
