The Marq on West 7th

For the past 13 years — yes, 13 years — I have proudly called The Marq at W 7th Street home. What has kept me here? Most importantly, the staff. The Marq team truly works together, understands the needs of its residents, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we feel cared for. Location is another huge reason I love living here. The Marq is nestled in Fort Worth’s beautiful Cultural District, within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, and so much more. Webster defines “home” as a place of safety, comfort, and relaxation — and that is exactly what I have found at The Marq. It is my forever home in Fort Worth, Texas. And yes, I fully plan on staying another 13 years.

I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Never had any issues that can't be fixed. All maintenance requests have been addressed in less than 24 hours. Super quiet in my apartment itself. 10/10 would recommend

The maintenance team, Kyle, Blair, all of them, are the absolute best in the business! Things are fixed once and stay fixed, they’re fast efficient and you can tell these guys get their steps in. I’ve been living in apartments for a couple decades now, and this maintenance team is the best I’ve ever seen.

I have been living here for about a year and I have nothing but good things to say! The community pool, gym, and recreation room are always clean and well maintained. Along with the amenities, the stairwells and hallways are always kept in great condition. As for the apartment itself, everything has remained in working condition and as soon as I have entered a work order, someone is at my door within the next 24 hours. Another upside is if there is any scheduled power maintenance or inspections, communication is sent out appropriately. Last upside is the location. There is a butcher, great restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and a park all within walking distance.
