The Lofts on Hulen Street

If you’re reading the reviews they are so misleading. Sure everyone is nice to get you to tour and hopefully move in, But once you move in it’s a disaster. I lived here for two years and I have never been ready to leave. My main thing that’s wrong is the maintenance. They always tell you to put a work order in and never come to check it. I’ve reported my AC not working multiple times. Or how there’s water leaking for the wall onto my living room. The maintenance guy had the nerve to tell me that it’s most likely my kids that spilt something. Like no. Everyday it’s leaking from the wall to the middle of the floor. I’m pretty sure it has to do with the ac because outside the unit there’s water and my hvac unit isn’t running or anything but they know everything. Then the bugs are out of control. From the stair wells to the front and back of the complex. Big water bugs roaches I’ve seen a rat before outside too. I thought it was a squirrel but you can tell the tail was point and long not hairy. They said every Tuesday they have pest control. I’ve gone numerous of times to get someone to spray not once has anyone came. They said no one has to be there but yet I never had pest control come out. I’ll say if you just need a place to lay your head and don’t care how you live then this is for you. But if you have kids and don’t enjoy a house that’s 80 plus degrees inside without working ac and bugs that don’t get addressed or a maintenance supervisor who treats you like a toool then this is the place for you. Mind you these photos are your move in ready observatory layout which there’s no room light in the master the switch doesn’t even work to anything. They have no open access windows besides a small on in the kitchen. They have big windows that let in all the sun and heat which SUCKS WITH NO AC AND HAS KIDS SWEATIN IN THERE SLEEP SAYING DADDY ITS SO HOT IN HERE. Or having to take my kids to their grandparents because they hate being at home that’s sick. Then they wanna raise the rent likebruhhhh it’s not even that nice to raise it. But the. Again we are in hulen so what can you really expect from an apartment in the hood. I’ve seen code compliance here on many occasions I feel like that’s my next step but tbh I’m waiting for this lease to come to an end and leave this behind me. They have plenty of sisterhood apartments you may want to consider look at their website livebh dotcom or whatever they don’t even wanna show my review they’re trying to cover up the truth

While the valet trash pickup itself was consistent, I was disappointed with the value for the price. Paying around $30 for the service felt expensive, especially considering trash bags were not included. For that cost, I expected more added value and convenience. I hope management reviews the pricing and considers providers that offer more features or a better overall package for residents.

If you want good service, I recommend you go to Nancy; excellent service and very friendly.
