Many residents appreciate the fantastic location, which offers easy walking access to numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and cultural attractions, along with a lively social atmosphere thanks to frequent community events. However, several reviews mention ongoing concerns with pests, particularly ants and roaches, and some report issues with maintenance responsiveness, especially regarding AC repairs and elevator functionality, which can impact day-to-day living.

Would be great if this complex would warn you ahead of time before they start doing actual construction in adjacent units. Nightshift worker and was not able to sleep before my following shift. “We’re sorry your stay is not satisfactory, please call this number” hey is that number gonna zelle me for the hotel I’m having to get? Is anyone on that line gonna move me to a unit that doesn’t have power tools vibrating the walls the adjacent units?

I understand that apartment renovations and maintenance are sometimes necessary. My frustration is not with the work itself, but with how management handled my concerns. The unit directly next to mine is currently undergoing demolition-level renovation that is loud enough to shake my entire apartment. As someone who works night shift and sleeps during the day, I called the office simply looking for information so I could plan accordingly. Rather than showing any understanding or offering helpful information, I was essentially told that “this is apartment living” and that there will be noise. While I understand that apartments are not silent environments, there is a significant difference between normal apartment noise and a neighboring unit undergoing demolition that causes vibrations throughout adjacent apartments. I was not asking for the work to stop. I was trying to determine what to expect over the coming days so I could prepare for work and protect my sleep schedule. Unfortunately, I was told that no information could be provided regarding when the loudest work would occur because different vendors would be involved throughout the project. As a result, I have no way of planning around the construction during the next week. Because I work night shift and need to sleep during the day in order to safely perform my job, I am now considering paying for a hotel room simply so I can reliably rest before work. The response felt dismissive and lacked any effort to acknowledge the impact that this level of construction can have on residents. Construction happens, but clear communication and a little empathy would have gone a long way.

Finally got around to writing the review. I lived here for a year and moved out as soon as my lease was up. I lived right above the gym on the 2nd floor and right above the pool located outside and worst mistake ever. The constant dropping of the weights vibrated to my floor and was super annoying. The pool is gated, but it is near a bar and people hop over thee fence and open it from inside so outside people are constantly there. It wakes me up in the middle of the night because once the bar is closed at 2am, they take a visit to the pool. It gets super noisy and wakes me up. I have to put on white noise super loud to drown out the noise. I'm surprised it didn't have its own special rate for those willing to put up with this. There is always an ant problem at the apartment. I don't know where they are coming from, but they crawl in from somewhere. I haven't gone to their office much, but they can be either rude or helpful. The very few times was when I was getting ready to end my lease. Sometimes they make me feel like I was wasting their time. I don't take issue or give them a hard time and just ignore the attitude and go about my day. Parking was annoying. I'm not sure if this issue has been fixed, but they were installing their new parking gate system and the gate stayed open for awhile and people will try to follow right behind me to get in. Or it would break and stay open for awhile. The area below has some good shops like self-care things. Good convenience, but loud at night.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I love it. They have nice amenities that stay clean like the pool, gym, and outside areas. The maintenance is very quick with work orders and the only time it wasn’t for me was when they are were waiting on a part for the a/c unit, but they provided me with a portable a/c unit. I have had 0 pest issues(yay) It’s not typically obnoxiously loud. The security presence for the area is nice, and, speaking of, the area is supe fun! They have this thing that when you pay rent you get these rewards and can get gift cards and services and stuff. They do a lot of community get togethers that includes food most times, and they do pickleball tournaments and fun stuff like that. It’s a really nice place to live, and the rent isn’t super outrageous for what you get. I think my only small issue is that they require you to use the internet they provide, which is 75/mo, but it isn’t bad internet, so it doesn’t bother me that much. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
