This one of the worst freaking places I ever lived at it was roach infested, the children played nik knock at my door and very out of control,my grocery orders was getting stolen from my front door i had it on camera, i heard gun shots police knocking at the door looking for suspects yeah Dont move here its based on income but you can find somewhere less of a freaking headache

The best landlady ever she cares about us she cares about each and every condition of the apartments she works with us she surprises us with parties to bring everyone together in the apartment our landlady is the most badass woman ever she can hold her own with rude people people who don't have manners and people who think they are going to put their hands on her if you have ever lived in an apartment before 99% don't care surprises about the apartment interior (unless after you move out) they don't conduct apartment inspections (our super badass landlady does because she is awsome) she answers phones, answers questions she is ontop of any repairs you need like the second you tell her she sends her amazing maintenance men to fix it the correct way not a quick fix not rigging it half assed but correctly the first time so the life at westland estates is not only amazing but the best place ever and I can't express enough in words just how much this place is heavenly

No gate codes or clickers. They “fix” the gates but then no one can get in. Cancelled my gym membership because I live in an apartment with a gym.. oh.. they won’t give you any access unless the office is open.. so you don’t actually have a gym here if you have a job. The apartment is decent and large. The roaches are endlessly showing up from the drains and outlets. Lots of kids which my children love. Glass broken around the playground, though.

Management is a 5-star for sure. They have had a very fast response time for any issues with the apartment unit. Honestly havnt had any complaints with it so far. Amanda in management has been so helpful! She has been really forward with the moving process and has been a dream getting things done. Honestly way better then management at the hudson in NRH. Happy for the move to westland.

This is absolutely the best/fastest process ever!!! Natisha is THE BEST!!!! And they are so friendly and they have an answer to any question you may have!!! Great place. I AM HOME!!! 🫶🏾
