My wife and I have been living at The Kelton at Clearfork since 2025 and have had a really great experience. From the beginning, the application and lease process was very straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, the fees were transparent, and there were no surprises, which made moving in feel really smooth and stress-free. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and in an awesome location. One thing that really stands out is how friendly and helpful the office staff are. Victoria in particular was amazing when we renewed our lease and decided to move units recently—she made the whole process easy and seamless. Maintenance has also been very responsive whenever we’ve needed something (which has been rare). Requests are handled quickly and the team is always professional. The apartments themselves are really nice as well—the fixtures and finishes feel high quality, which made the place feel like home right away. Another big plus is how pet-friendly the community is. There are friendly dogs around with caring owners. The neighbors have also been incredibly friendly, which has made the overall atmosphere here feel very welcoming. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend The Kelton to anyone looking for an elevated apartment community in the Clearfork area.

I can't say enough about my experience, The Kelton at Clearfork is by far one of the best places to live, in the City. The staff is a 5 star all together, Victoria goes above and beyond making sure you feel at home, and supported. She's professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Im absolutely delighted to be able to enjoy this amazing place. Thanks to Victoria and Ginger for their support and amazing professional service 👏 👌 Kudos to them.

There is a leak in my ceiling in my bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, etc. This is the fourth major leak in the past 8 months that I have lived here. The manager said that the best compensation that she could offer was 1 month's free if I sign a new 13 month lease plus a mover's credit for a different apartment at the Kelton (and they already offer most people one month free). The water has damaged my items and made the place uncomfortable to live in. I have attached photos of some of the damage. Each time there is a leak, I feel like I am not treated properly. The photos show water leaked in the wall and the ceiling so that they form bubbles of water. There are water stains on the ceiling, wall, and baseboards. A lot of my items have water damage. The carpets are wet, so I can't walk on some of the carpet. The floor was covered in water. There are widespread stains, peeling paint, and persistent dampness throughout the affected areas. The leak caused substantial damage to my personal property, and the unit has become extremely difficult to live in safely and comfortably. I’m worried about mold and the renovation process.

My husband and I have a townhouse at the property. They do absolutely nothing about the random people and workers parking in the spaces allocated for townhouse residents. There are is assigned parking, we have a 1 car garage but obviously have 2 vehicles. It is VERY frustrating that there is NEVER parking outside of our home. Common sense would be to have workers parking elsewhere and not in residence parking. Also, for over $4K a month, the townhouse needs several repairs as well as our master bedroom gets so hot during summer. Grateful to be leaving soon.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at The Kelton since August 2022 and just recently moved out in June 2025 after purchasing a townhome. While I’m excited about this new chapter, I can honestly say I’m very sad to be leaving. This apartment has truly felt like home. I lived in unit #1311, which had an amazing view overlooking the B&B restaurant and several nearby shops. It was a beautiful space with even better neighbors—I never had a single complaint during my stay. The management team was always communicative, especially during any updates or changes to the property. Special shoutout to Erica at the front office—she was an absolute joy to work with from day one, and made my move-out process seamless and stress-free. Maintenance was also top-notch. On the rare occasion something needed attention, the team was always prompt, professional, and courteous. It’s clear they truly care about maintaining the property and making it a great place to live. The amenities were another huge plus. The pool area and surrounding spaces were always clean and well-kept, and the package delivery service straight to your door was a game-changer. I never once experienced any issues with missing deliveries, which speaks volumes about the level of security and care here. The Kelton was already beautiful when it opened, but the team has done a fantastic job keeping it that way. If you’re looking for a safe, well-managed, and welcoming community in Fort Worth, I highly recommend considering The Kelton at Clearfork. I’ll miss it dearly.
