The Kelley at Samuels Avenue

I stayed here for 3 years. Stayed through multiple management companies. Other than minor maintenance outages I loved living here. Easy access to everything in the city.

My roommates and I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment complex. We originally inquired about a 3-bedroom unit that was listed as available online. After scheduling a tour, we were told the unit was actually unavailable. A few days later, however, we received both a phone call and email stating that the apartment had become available again and that we should apply quickly and submit our deposit. Based on that information, we paid application fees and a $500 deposit. The very next day, we were contacted again and told they had “made another mistake” and that the apartment was not available after all. We even have written email confirmation showing they told us the unit was available. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when we called back asking about our money, we were told it was somehow our fault for applying for an unavailable apartment — despite the fact that their staff had specifically told us by both phone and email that the unit was available and encouraged us to move quickly. Since then, it has been nearly a month and we still have not received our money back. Communication has also become extremely difficult, as our calls often go unanswered or are sent to voicemail. Overall, this experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional, and I would strongly encourage future applicants to get everything clearly confirmed in writing before sending any money. Be very cautious dealing with this complex they will convince you to apply for unavailable units and not return your money.

I had the pleasure of working with Ingrid in the leasing office, a fantastic leasing specialist, when I toured The Kelley, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in my search for a new home. From the moment I arrived, Ingrid was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the tour to highlight the features of the building that would be most important to me. Her deep knowledge of the amenities, layout, and overall vision for The Kelley really stood out. Not only did she take me through every detail of the building, but she also walked me through the various floor plans, pointing out the thoughtful design choices and how they align with modern living. The building itself is stunning, with high-end finishes and amazing amenities, and Ingrid did a great job of showcasing these in a way that felt very informative. I feel so comfortable and confident in my decision-making that I will be calling The Kelley home. The location is very close to the Stock Yards and Downtown Fort Worth, the River views are amazing, and of course the infinity pool is to die for. Ingrid made sure to follow up after the tour, giving me space to consider everything, but also offering to help with any additional details I might need. Overall, I can’t recommend Ingrid enough. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor made my visit to The Kelley unforgettable.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Terrible management. We were consistently given misleading information, and when things fell apart, not a single person in management was willing to step up, take responsibility, or even provide a straight answer. Every interaction felt like they were either avoiding the truth or simply didn’t know what they were doing.
