First of all I want express my gratitude for meeting such an amazing small office group of people. I am a new resident here at the Cumberland apartments and my process from the beginning all the way up to the day I moved in has been an amazing experience thanks to the office staff here at the Cumberlands,they all where very professional, very helpful and assisted me with all my needs. Thank you!!! my new friends and by the way I love my new apartment. We just moved here in march and honestly these are some of the BEST apartments my husband and I have ever lived in!! The maintenance is soo fast and proactive, every request we’ve ever had has been fixed thoroughly and completely. I have never been at an apartment complex with such fast maintenance and the front office has been so communicative even about little things. i love that they’re on top of things

I had an amazing experience living here. Mateo helped me move in smoothly and gave me all the information needed. The property manager Elsa was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions or needed anything. Juan is also great and helpful. They are always there if you need them. Cumberland on Granbury has a wonderful staff and I will forever cherish them. I highly recommend anyone new to the Fort Worth area to come to this complex. They entertain regularly as well and always make sure everyone is taken care of in the community. The rooms are very spacious in the apartments and greatly priced compared to others. Great experience I can’t express that enough. From a real tenant who was in the community I thank you all for your kindness and support and hope many more can experience what I did.

I moved into these apartments a year ago today, and it has been an absolute dream! Management is so kind and approachable, maintenance is quick to respond, and I haven’t had a single issue living here! THANK YOU management for all you do for your tenants! The office parties, the food trucks, the giveaways, the raffles — So generous and fun! I love living here! ❤️

I moved here a couple of years ago in quite a rush after accepting a job offer. From the get go they have always been fast and easy to work with which is comforting as I was moving from a much smaller city. I actually signed a contract before even stepping foot on the property and I was not disappointed. The office staff and management are fast at replying to emails and responding to phone calls; not to mention great communicators and understanding. The maintenance staff is wonderful and even fixed a non-urgent request on a weekend right before a big freeze. I have enjoyed getting to know various residents that have become friends. The gates always work which make me feel safe. The community is quiet and just 10 minutes away from anything and everything. The quick access to the toll road makes weekday mornings and afternoons nice. I have truly enjoyed my time here and am sad to be leaving. I am glad to have called this place home the last couple of years. Thank you Mateo and Elsa for your kindness!!
