Old management company was amazing and had great communication, however the new owners, "Barclay", are pretty awful so far. You now have to pay a fee to just pay your rent, there is rarely any communication when large problems occur such as the AC going down or the hot water being down for a whole week. If you call the number listed on the website sometimes it'll just beep at you and never go through and if someone does answer, I couldn't even tell I was calling the management company because it was just this guy answering with a confused "Hello?". Rent went up 13%. With the AC and MOLD issues this place has, it's no longer worth what they charge to rent.

I have been calling for 2 weeks. No one has returned my call. I am looking for a an apt and these look very nice, and great location. Just no response.

New ownership in this property has made all the difference! Their response time to phone calls has been reduced to minutes showing not only their professionalism but true concern for their tenants and property.

It's exciting to see that the new owners and management as of late September are focused on providing top-notch apartment living. They are upgrading units with modern color schemes. Responding to residents' concerns is another priority.
