This is among the worst apartments I've ever lived in. We first signed a lease at the beginning of October and a couple of days before move in they called and said the unit wasn't ready, and tried to move us into a smaller unit with less amenities for the same rent. Obviously we said no, and they proceeded to wait 2 weeks before just giving us an unfinished apartment. We've been here since October of 2025, when we first got here the apartment didn't meet the standards the showroom gave us, and it still doesn't. Here's the list of issues our unit has off the top of my head, issues we've had from day 1 mind you: The A/C leakes when it does work None of the floors were laid properly The bathroom sink doesn't work The front door isn't sealed at all The windows don't have screens One of the kitchen lights has a wiring issue One of the shower handles isn't even connected to the shower The porch light is broken There's an animal sized hole in the roof of our cabinet The front 2 burners on the stove don't work We still have not been given our mail key 6 months in And all of this is on top of the lies. We we're told we'd have brand new steel appliances, not only are they not new, they aren't even steel. We we're told our unit had a washer/dryer hookup, it does not. They did everything they could to avoid giving me my free month of rent back in December and they still haven't applied the $250 credit I was supposed to get back in February. They claim to have security but so far I've only seen a few cameras(most of them broken) and a security guard I've seen a grand total of once the entire time I've been here. There are about 3 employees(who have all been great) running the whole operation and you can't reach any of them on the phone because the company decided to use AI instead of hiring a competent CSR, so you have to go in person for anything and everything. Every time I've been in the office there's always at least 3 people when I walk in and the employees look exhausted, I'm pretty sure the lady who helped us with our lease quit a few months ago. Please, if you have any self respect, go to another apartment. The only reason we live here is because The Holt on Chisolm Trail didn't have any available units, please go look there instead and save yourself the trouble. Frankly anywhere would be better than this place.

First off I would give ya'll no stars if possible. I have visited this location for years to see my family. The management really sucks at managing. They have mice/rats here. They won't give you anything for them or spray as should. The ac don't never work correctly and my bestfriend has to have fans just to make sure the babies have some way of being comfortable in this apartment she pay rent for. The management is very strikes on getting they money but when it comes to service orders they don't do as they should. They dont answer the phones and If everyone was to call code compliance and complain then it would probably get done. Yall need to do better management. Fix this problem for the apartment community because this isn't right for them to deal with this 😕

Everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance staff have been amazing. They are quick to respond to issues and concerns. They are doing major updates to the apartments as well as the grounds. I don't remember everyone's name except for Ms. Anastasia but all of the ladies in the office have been a pleasure to deal with and they have made the pain of moving much more tolerable. I highly recommend these apartments.

Yea, Issa, no for me... some staff are cool, but overall, the Apts need a whole overhaul. Inside and out. I'm on an end apt, and all plumbing issues land at my place smh. Don't let your place have issues after hours. No one will come. So again, how do I get the treatment these 'Good' review folks are having? Change my skin tone, perhaps?? Sheesh. Update again 4/28/2025 still no change. And the new hours are a joke. They're always closed even at 4,5, and 6 pm. I had to take pics every day of the closed sign on the door. I'm always nice, but they will make you hate living here. Which as I hear everyone else does as well. Feel sorry for the guy who just moved here. His AC has been broken, smh

This is one of the worst places I have ever lived. They're capable of collecting their due, but it seems that they're not very big on tenant satisfaction and retention. I moved in 4/1/2024. The check-in list has turned into a maintenance request that was botched, twice, and STILL has not been taken care of. My sons room has never cooled, properly (he cannot sleep comfortably in his room, due to the heat). The balcony door is still raggedy and not fixed!! But when I went to look at the portal to update my maintenance request, I found that several things I've been checked off which have not been resolved. My freezer and refrigerator door seals are falling off so badly that they're NONEXISTENT, a maintenance worker came and acted aghast, but nothing has been done. They continue to gaslight residents concerning the pool....I moved here, for convenience. So far, this apartment complex has not made my life much easier: I do not have washer dryer connections, the pool in front of my home is empty, the sliding balcony door snags my curtains and clothing, I'm paying for a room that my son cannot sleep/rest in, there is next to n0 storage space. I am grateful to have a roof over my head, I did not expect it to leak. I'm trying so hard to be in my happy place.
