I wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars. I moved in last August, and right from the start, it was a disaster. The day I moved in, I went straight to the leasing office to report multiple maintenance issues—most importantly, a non-working stove and dishwasher. To make matters worse, every surface, including the bathtub, was sticky, and anything you put on them was incredibly difficult to remove. There was also a leak present in the utility closet. This leak didn’t get fixed till over a month later. I had to buy an electric stove to cook on because I didn’t have a working stove for 3 months (it wasn’t replaced till I called code enforcement)!!! Then, in October, my apartment flooded twice before they even sent someone out to fix the cause. The flooding had ruined personal property of mine. To top it all off, there was a hole in my bathroom ceiling for two months before anyone came to repair it. While the hole is now covered by sheetrock, it’s still not painted or finished. Because of the state of the tub due to flooding and poor resurfacing, I have been having to shower at the gym. There have been pest issues, one of my windows you could open from outside on the first floor, and not to mention the attitude of the previous property manager. When discussing all of these issues with her and the NEGLECT to repair them, she stated “I don’t have to do anything for you if I don’t want to.” Then, when prompted by her supervisor to offer me a release from my lease, she stated “It’s not like you’re going to find anything else within your budget.” I come to find out after they finally agreed to release me from my lease, there was another switch in property management. Three separate managers in six months… I think that tells you enough. I have tried three/four times to get a meeting to discuss the previously approved release of lease. No email to schedule an appointment. No phone call or text… I feel like I am being held hostage in an apartment code has deemed condemnable... There is much more to go into this, but I am running out of breath. This place has been a nightmare and I just want to leave. Avoid it at all costs.

Do NOT move here. This complex is absolutely unacceptable. First, Christina is extremely helpful before you sign your lease — but that completely changes after you move in. The units are clearly not ready for occupancy, yet people are still being moved in anyway. It feels like once the lease is signed and commission is secured, concerns no longer matter. I went months without a mailbox key. After repeatedly complaining, I was told the post office was “holding my mail.” When I went to the post office, they had no idea what I was talking about. It wasn’t until I threatened to purchase a replacement mailbox lock myself and request reimbursement that a key suddenly “appeared” the same day. The A/C situation is even worse. A large percentage of units do not have properly functioning air conditioning. If you drive around the complex, you’ll see multiple apartments with window units installed. The problem? Many of them are not even installed correctly and barely cool the apartment. I reported a leak in my A/C for six months and explained that the freon wasn’t holding due to a leak. Instead of properly fixing it, they removed a large part of the unit, said they’d return, and never followed up. That’s the recurring theme here: no follow-through, no accountability, and constant excuses. “There’s new people here.” “I’m just filling in.” “Someone will be there immediately.” And then no one ever shows. Maintenance requests go unresolved. Communication is inconsistent. Issues are dragged out for months. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

HOSTILE TENANTS ! ! ! Avni Kastrati Unit #208 Look no further if you want an affordable place to live in I've been living here for 6 weeks and they have been quick to resolve most of the issues we had with the apartment which I appreciate! Great people in the leasing office (Cristina i believe was the lady) is very nice and great at what she does the way she handles multiple tenants at once very quickly someone deserves a raise, there's no roach or other bug infestation & the plugs and switches on the wall weren't painted over like they typically are in apartments move in was easy process and on the scheduled date so 👌 Today ( Mon Dec 29 ) at two AM I start my car to warm it up a few minutes and I go back inside my apartment preparing for work when I go back to my car I find an anonymous non sticky note on my door handle telling me to not park there in front of "their" building as there isn't enough space to park their car at which moment I take a few steps back and there is legit 6 empty parking spaces at the moment & there is 4-5 spaces to park there at the same row/space all times, I am certain when I moved in the management told me that they don't have reserved parking spaces and I can park anywhere on the property if the complex has changed to designated parking spaces I would like to be notified in a verbal or written form (I'm pretty sure they haven't) I do not appreciate sneaky anonymous notes low effort attempts to taunt me if you have a complaint please let the leasing office know this was very disturbing and low effort to scare me, won't stop me from enjoying living here though

**Updating my review: there is a serious lack of communication. Staff is never available to answer phones. For about a week and a half I called at different times of the day and it always goes to virtual assistant. I would ask to speak to staff but it would tell me they are helping other residents. I would let the virtual assistant know I needed help with my application and it would respond "staff takes care of the application, would like to leave a message?" I did, several times and even emailed but no response. I am unable to drive there myself so I need to speak to someone but looks like they don't answer calls** If I get to live here I will update my review, for sure! Just meeting Ms. Cristina from the leasing office is an experience all in itself. She was wonderful and kind. Just before meeting her we had visited another apartment complex and the staff left us with a bad experience, not very kind or helpful. I'm very big on customer service and Ms. Cristina was 100% the best. My daughter kept telling me "this is it! I feel it". My mom fell in love with the kitchen and flooring, had only good things to say about the apartment we viewed. I loved everything about it and hope to move here soon.

My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. I was in a difficult situation and needed to find a place quickly. Out of all the apartments I contacted, this was the only one that responded and said they had a unit available within two weeks. I submitted every document they requested, along with the deposit and pro-rated rent. All that was left was signing the lease. Right before my scheduled move-in date, I was suddenly told the apartment wouldn’t be ready until the following week. Then I received a second lease for a different unit because the first wasn’t going to be ready. After that, I received yet another lease because the second unit wasn’t ready either. In total, I was sent three different leases in three weeks, and I was nearly left without a place to live before they finally gave me a key. When I did the move-in inspection, the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. There were cockroaches throughout the unit. The kitchen cabinets had water damage, the bathroom had water damage, several kitchen drawers were broken, the front door doesn’t close properly, the patio door lock sticks, the mailbox won’t close correctly, and there are no internet wires installed at all, despite internet being included as part of the rent. I submitted multiple maintenance requests, but most were ignored. Several were marked as “completed” even though nothing had been fixed or even attempted. The one issue they did touch only ended up worse than before. I moved in February, and I’m writing this in November, many problems are still unresolved. If you have other options and aren’t absolutely backed into a corner, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The office staff is polite, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of leadership, accountability, or functioning maintenance team. Requests are routinely marked as “in progress” or “completed” without anyone doing the work. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place if you can.
