The constant fire alarms are not worth it. Currently writing this at 4:38 am we’ve been in a fire alarm for the past 15 minutes. This happens so much the fire trucks don’t even care and take their sweet time getting here.

Josh and John are the best guys that work at Grandmarc hands down. Both are super friendly, hard working, and give only the best service! They make living at Grandmarc a home away from home. Both are always willing to help and makes living here a good time. Both have super outgoing personality’s that creates a positive atmosphere here at Grandmarc.

Josh from the Grandmarc was extremely kind. He was patient and took time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I left the conversation feeling like the Grandmarc was a place of safety and compassion. Not to mention, Josh followed up with more questions in order to help us to the best of his abilities- he actively listened! I will definitely tell friends and family! Thank you for excellent service!

Grandmarc is great, my kids enjoyed working with Madison. She was very friendly and took time to explain everything in detail making not only them comfortable but myself as well. Large closets are awesome and will be nice for my boys and I love that its a controlled access complex. Thanks again Madison for all you help.

My experience for my daughter Lucy and myself at Grandmarc has been absolutely great and so comfortable. The staff is so kind and helpful especially Madison. She has never miss a beat! The pool and and courtyard will be great places to relax and meet other residents this summer. Such a great community! Thank you Westberry :)
