Our experience here right now has been genuinely positive this year. We have been here 5 years and 2025 stand out as being a year where living here feels good. So many good changes have been put into place. The office team is friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. Jennifer, the current manager, is a delight. She’s upbeat, steady, and brings a sense of clarity and calm to the property. You can tell she understands both people and operations, which makes a big difference day to day. The assistant manager is wonderful as well. She clearly cares about the residents and the property, and it shows in how she handles things. Alyssa also deserves a special mention. She’s consistently personable, welcoming, and always seems focused on doing the next right thing. A smile, a hello, and a genuine presence go a long way, and she brings that every day. Maintenance has been solid and responsive, and the onsite courtesy officer has been excellent. Professional, respectful, and visible. One of the best we’ve experienced anywhere. Overall, the team creates a stable, positive environment, and we appreciate the way the property is being run today.

Not really into reviews however I need to give out a huge shoutout to maintenance. For the light repairs around property and the work completed inside my nephews apartment that they have been doing. Great Job!! This property has recently improved a lot and has potential to keep exceeding expectations. Makes visiting my nephew feel more like home 😊

Terrible customer service. I've been working with a realtor to find a new place she is great. This complex was on her list of recommendations so I scheduled to take a tour. When I arrived no one was at the desk. When the woman finally came she never introduced herself and with a snarky tone asked what she could help me with. I mentioned I an appointment and wasn't looking for any one specific thing. As I wanted to see what floor plans were available to see what would work best for what and need. She seem bothered by the fact I didn't tell her specifically what I needed and need to narrow it down. Which is normal if not said with a rude or condescending tone. She didn't even bother to show me or tell me what floor plans they had to offer. Just seemed overall bothered she had to help someone. If this is how they treat potential residents I can only imagine how they treat their residents. It's a bummer because the place was at the top of my list and her attitude completely killed any wanting of me moving in.

Literally THE WORST apartment complex: Car break ins, Black Mold, HORRIBLE management, Maintenance using my personal belongings… It all went downhill ever since the new management started. It took months to get a refund for something they said to do and i literally had to get on them in person and on phone just to hear an update. I never received my deposit back for my apartment flooding. Maintenance used my towels to clean the water and to top it off the property manager had the audacity to say I had the “luxury” of staying in a moldy apartment. Beyond unprofessional with no sympathy for residents. Definitely other apartment complexes same price but better units. DON’T LIVE HERE. Embarrassing and a joke.

I don’t usually leave reviews when it’s bad but this has become egregious. We’ve lived here for 4.5 years and didn’t feel the need to write this review until the new management and staff came in. our first issue was with the HVAC. we submitted multiple requests for our HVAC to be repaired, tickets were closed twice without a solution and without further communication with us, we had to talk to the office at least three times before maintenance looked deeper into the issue and found a solution (images attached, it took them about 5 hours to fix the problem, which shows that the tickets should not have been closed when they were). our MAIN issue is with the communication with office staff and the professionalism of the office manager Daisy Vicente. we tried to go to the office to speak with the manager Daisy Vicente multiple times about persisting issues, including HVAC, but mostly about theft and vandalism issues we have experienced in the garage. each time she was not in office. most times we went it was around 4pm, once or twice it was between 5 and 6pm, but the website says the office is open until 6pm which, in our opinion, means there should be someone there to talk to us and help us until 6, being gone before 5pm is unprofessional. we decided to specifically plan to meet with her, set our alarms on our day off, and went to the office around 10:15am. when we got to the office that morning, the employee at the desk told us the manager was there but she was too busy catching up on paperwork to meet with us. we told the employee that the manager should always make time for her residents and it was very upsetting that we had been trying to see her for so long and now she wasn’t willing to make time for us. i saw her office door open so i asked her if she could talk with us, and she seemed annoyed that she had to get up from her desk, she did not invite us into her office. she proceeded to tell us that she already had all of the information about the vandalism that she needed and she didn’t have time to talk to us further about it because she was trying to catch up on emails. i have NEVER in my life had a “manager” be so rude and condescending to me, especially considering the issues we wanted to talk about. i have NEVER had a “manager” unwilling to make time for me. it felt like she was trying to run us out of the lobby because she was speaking over us and there were other employees AND residents present in the lobby. it was rude and unprofessional and frankly embarrassing for her. i couldn’t believe she was okay with other people seeing her treat us like that. it is impossible to communicate with the office if you don’t go physically to the office because no one ever answers the phone.
