The Elm at River Park

Not the worst place I’ve lived but I wouldn’t recommend it. The property manager was generally rude when I emailed about issues with the property. She made herself unavailable in person and whenever you call about potential safety concerns or issues with your lease she would ignore the call and then report you to her legal team for calling too much. When I asked the agents at the desk they were uninformed and gave incorrect information. Agents at the desk were mostly polite but just didn’t have accurate information. One time my guest vehicle was towed due to incorrect information and I was never fully reimbursed for this. I was also told I could lock my gate. That was false and cost me landscaping fees. Their “package service” was frustrating as well. I either did not receive my package or had to email them to request it on more than one occasion. Their bike cave was unmonitored and had bikes stolen regularly. Overall not a terrible property but poor management made it unlivable.

I lived at The Elm at River Park for 15 months, and just recently moved out a month ago. I have to move every year due to my job, but when I come back to Fort Worth, I will be coming back to The Elm. I must say it was the best apartment complex I ever lived in. I am an African American woman and can't relate to the comments about racism, because that was not my experience at all. The leasing staff were so sweet, welcoming, and very accommodating when I had packages accidently get delivered to the front door. The maintenance staff responds quickly and actually fixes the issues, not just put a band aid on it. The house keeping lady, I think her name is Amy, is soooo awesome. She is always working and so friendly and sweet. I don't have a dog so I can't speak on the dog park, but I took a walk around the grounds and to the river every day, so I can say the grounds are always clean and well maintained. The only negative I have is that I was on the 3rd floor and my neighbors above me had children, and they were soooo loud. Some nights I couldn't even sleep, but that is not the fault of the leasing team. Oh by the way, I had the two-bedroom two bathrooms, and my unit was amazing and perfect!! Will definitely come back to live here when I get back from Houston.

We have lived at The Elm for about a month. The amenities are great. I love our Coffee Bar, the fun events they put together, the awesome maintenance staff and the pet friendliness in this community.I am impressed by the cleanliness of the community too, even the indoor hallways. Kate in the front office is always welcoming and ready to help when you walk through the office. She says Hi and knows your name as well as your pets name too! August 29, 2023-- Still enjoying The Elm! The office staff is great , Morgan & Judith are doing wonderful in their new positions, Milly is a great addition to the staff and Kate is welcoming and delightful. The whole staff is always willing to help in any way they can. Jose and Sergio are the best to get right to any maintenance issue and greet you with a friendly smile. They welcome pets and treat them like they are part of the family too! The coffee bar is still one of my favorite amenities as well as the fun monthly events. March 2026 I’ve had a great experience living at The Elm at River Park. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to feel at home. The property is consistently clean, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything in good condition. The amenities are also a great bonus—one of my personal favorites is the awesome coffee station. Everything is always accessible and well cared for. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads, while still maintaining a calm and relaxed environment. One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed is the staff. Morgan, the manager, does an excellent job overseeing the community, and Judith, Gracie, Millie, Sergio, Amy, Sandra, and Jason all work together as a great team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful, and it really feels like they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. I’ve chosen to renew my lease multiple times, which really speaks to how much I enjoy living here. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Elm at River Park to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
