The Cassidy at Western Hills

I’ve had a great experience communicating with the team at Cassidy Apartments so far. The staff has been responsive, informative, and transparent throughout the process. Jannet specifically took the time to clearly explain current leasing specials and were helpful in answering all of my questions. I appreciate the professionalism and timely follow-up time, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. After touring I noticed the property itself is well-maintained, and the office staff creates a welcoming atmosphere.

I came in without an appointment, got help within 10 minutes of sitting, and viewed 2 apartments within 30-45 minutes. Ms Jannet was so professional and sweet, i appreciate good service before even applying.

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Mrs. Teresa whom handled my application process with a lot of knowledge of the property and was very patient with the process and me. Being as though my anxiety was thru the roof. Janet was also so helpful, and so funny which eased the nervousness. Love my new space. And the only security is very into his perfection! I am giving this complex a five-star rating based entirely on the pleasant and professional leasing process. ​The Leasing Manager, Janet, was exceptional. Her demeanor was incredibly knowledgeable, which made the entire process feel transparent and informative. She clearly knew the complex, the amenities, and the leasing process inside and out, making it easy for me to ask questions. ​Beyond her professionalism, Janet was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make me feel very comfortable. She was patient and took the time to address all my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. ​Based on this positive first impression and the clear effort made by Janet and the leasing team, I am seriously considering making The Cassidy at Western Hills my new home.
