10/10 experience! The whole touring process was extremely quick and simple, I fell in love with the property and Skie the leasing agent INSTANTLY! Beautiful staff! Beautiful home! Can’t wait to move in next month!

We lucked out at The Berkley and continue to re-sign our lease. Everyone here, from the leasing team to the maintenance staff, has always been friendly and helpful. But the best part of living here has definitely been the monthly events hosted by “Your Apartment Life.” Sarah and Mina are seriously THE BEST!!! They put so much thought and effort into every event and have built such a great sense of community. It’s been our favorite part of living here and one of the reasons we love calling The Berkley home. 😊

Love this housing, the tour was nice! Staff is very friendly , especially Ms.Sky Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Skie provided exceptional customer service throughout my experience. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her positive attitude and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. She is a great asset to the leasing office!
