I APPLIED TO THESE APARTMENTS WITH NO RESPONSE! I applied to these apartment with NO COMMUNICATION. No email no nothing! No approve or No denial. Most apartments will communicate OR give you an Answer withing 2 to 3 DAYS! 5 days the latest! I tried calling multiple times with getting routed straight to the A.I! I had to dispute the applications fees and now have a chargeback which I am going to fight! It is not my fought that I have not received a response. Maybe y'all need to hire MORE people and ACTUALLY ROUTE PEOPLE TO HUMANS TO TALK TO AND NOT THAT AI BOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON! We need to communicate with REAL humans to talk to NOT ROBOTS!

Update: it’s been almost two years living here & major improvements happened! They’ve gotten more maintenance workers….meaning it’s not taking forever for your work order to get completed, that random loud car that use to blaze through here every night is finally gone, and it’s a lot more cleaner here. Very happy about the improvements. Only downside I personally have living here is both my upstairs and downstairs neighbors are a complete nightmare when they get drunk. Downstairs are very noisy and leave trash everywhere. And there’s some weird vacuum/ vibrating noise that I hear around 9:00pm-11:00pm every night from the downstairs neighbors below me even though I live upstairs. I definitely find it odd that upstairs tenants can still hear stomping and other odd noises even though we’re above. Other than that…nice apartments to live in! Affordable too!
