Sycamore Pointe Townhomes

I was just approved for a Townhome here. The staff is AMAZING they were professional did everything in a timely matter I’m looking forward to having peace in this community and loving my home I recommend times 10 for service will be back once moved in for 30 days

I am not a tenant yet, but after examined a few likes of my own, I an actually see myself living in one of the units once I can be accepted and approved for what is worth. I thank God for this opportunity as he allowed me to finalized my decision based on whatever requirements of the owner management requested of me. Sycamore pointe is a remarkable place to be. I love that they offer the services LaJisco Services in their community to Help residents in need. For installation & more .. I actually love the guy . And love his personality on how he treats others.. in the community.. I love that he has the business mentality in him that can help other in the need for us Sycamore pointe needs Partnership for his company to promote him and use him for services for their new mover

I have lived here for 3 years and 9 months have been dealing with unresolved maintenance issues since April 2025. In April, my upstairs tub leaked into my closet, damaging the ceiling and forcing me to move my clothes and shoes into my living room. Despite multiple work orders, the problem remains — even after a toilet leak into the same area. I have repeatedly been told someone would come to inspect and treat possible mold from the water damage, but no one has shown up. I continue to receive emails saying “work completed” when no work has been done. My upstairs bathroom was unusable for over two months, and there has been no follow-through on promised rent concessions or repair timelines. I have made numerous calls and in-person visits to the office, but the issues remain unresolved. This has been extremely frustrating and disruptive to daily life. I hope management addresses these problems promptly for the sake of all the residents.
