Laurel Heights at Cityview

I’ve had a great experience living here at Laurel Heights. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference. The apartment community has a warm, homey feel that made settling into city life much easier. As someone moving out on my own for the first time, this was the perfect place to start—comfortable, welcoming, and a great introduction to living in the city. The location is great and living next to all the stores is something I will miss.

Hate to even speak on things like this because I am not a confrontational person. However, getting my car towed for a chair is insane. Mixed messages coming from a new towing company and the office. Spoke to the manager and she responded more as if she does not really care or does not care to help so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else and stated “most of the office staff are new and training” yet, I am still responsible for paying over $300 for a REGISTERED vehicle. When I toured the apartments, the reserved spot I was shown as an example had reserved painted on the cement of that parking spot. I even called this morning and was told by office staff that the spot should have both, painted cement and a handicap sign but when I talked to the manager she is only denying the possibility of a handicap sign AND paint. Manager also stated she never got any of my message given the first time I called. So again, everyone is not on the same page and all she did was make another excuse for it.

I like it
