I've lived here almost 5 years, and glad I moved. These people keep sending me urgent late fees from moving out with NO WAY TO PAY THEM using their link. It sends me to my residential portal, which says I owe 0.00. Take me to court. I have proof.

I truly enjoy living here. After moving from my home of 10 years, the adjustment was significant, but it was one I needed as my children began starting lives of their own. There’s no such thing as a “perfect neighborhood,” just like there’s no such thing as a “perfect” multi-housing community—but this one is perfect for me. It’s quiet, family-oriented, and welcoming. The women in the leasing office are wonderful—always kind, understanding, and diligent. They consistently go above and beyond, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done and continue to do for both the property and its residents. They feel more like extended family. I feel safe and understood here. Maintenance is great, and any delays are usually due to my own work schedule. All concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and they’ve truly made this transition easier for me.

Glenn is one of the best maintenance techs that goes beyond his job. Any issues I've had since moving into my apartment he's sure to solve them. He's cordial, friendly and listens to your concerns. I hope he stays at our property.
