I’ve always seen Smart City around, but through word of mouth from a friend I decided to give them a try! And I’m so happy I did! I had a great experience with Eric Brandon - he was super helpful and kind. He was patient and he also gave me time to think things over and didn’t hover (which removed some pressure). Thanks to Smart City and Eric, I was able to get help with setting up tours and I was able to apply to an apartment with confidence! If you’re thinking about it, go for it. :)

We had the pleasure of working with Bella. She was very professional, very polite, funny and very helpful. She got us all the information that we needed when it came to any questions we had regarding the apartments she was showing us, even information on apartments we brought up to her. She kept in touch with us throughout the process making sure we had all that we needed. I worked with Haley Acker to find an apartment in Fort Worth and she was hands-down, the best locator ever! I had a super tight timeline, and she found so many apartments that fit with my budget and my move date. She contacted all the complexes and scheduled all the tours for me, and answered every single question I could think of which was so reassuring.
