Skyview West

I wanted to wait until we moved in and originally wait a week to make my review, but here I am. For starters Will is amazing he made the tour wonderful and was so helpful in every which way (he deserves a raise) and all of the reviews praising him doesn’t do him justice. Our application process was amazing and our move in process was a breeze. I wanted to give five stars so bad just because of Will. However, we moved in Saturday and here’s how it is so far. We are currently still moving things around, but we love the space and so do our three littles. Our babies are so happy about having more space. My boyfriend and I also love the space as well as the fact it feels super homey. On the contrary when we came into our unit it was 80° inside and I put the thermostat on 75° to which it only cooled down to 77°. I now have had the thermostat on 50° since Saturday and currently we are sitting at 81° and it is super hot both in and outside so safe to say our AC is broken. Not just that but we’ve been running all the ceiling fans to no avail. I put in a work order for the thermostat because obviously that’s a big deal and we have yet to be assessed. Not to mention the ceiling fan in our master bedroom is completely broken so we don’t have anything cool coming into our master bedroom. It is hot everywhere and obviously that’s a safety hazard having three little kids ranging from 4 to 1 years old. We also found out we have roaches so that’s unfortunate because our oldest son is allergic to roaches and he’s spent these past 3 days sneezing and scratching. We have only seen them in our bathrooms though so we are hoping it’s an isolated situation and it does not get worse with time. We are on the pest control list as well so that’s good. I’ll call the office again tomorrow to see if we can at the least get our AC fixed and hopefully that happens. UPDATE- Our AC did get fixed and we are more than pleased with everyone’s attention to this matter. Our maintenance crew is absolutely amazing and super friendly. They worked super hard to get our AC up and running for us. We are super grateful and thankful to everyone.

I have had an amazing rental experience at this location. Mrs. Cari(Community Property Manager) and Mr. Rannan( Community Maintenance Personnel) have been the best during my rental experience. They make sure that any requests made are taken care of immediately. Mr. Rannan…you ROCK…if no one has told you lately…I’m confirming it today!

My wife and I have lived here for over six years and as far as apartments go Skyview West has been great. Everyone that works here from the office to maintenance is friendly and professional. Any issues we have had have always been resolved in a timely manner. As long as rent stays reasonable we will continue to call Skyview West home.

Do not recommend. I've had far too many issues with this property. My A/C was out for 2.5 months in the summer, zero communication from management/maintenance when any issues arise, pest issues, mold issues, water leaking into my apartment when neighbors' pipes broke in the winter storm, neighbor kids throwing rocks at my doors... Glad to have finally moved out.
