Don't let management of this place steer you to thinking this complex is at all safe. They will lie to you when you go visit to check out apartments. Telling you the gate and cameras offer security, showing you the best apartment in the complex only to put you into one that is totally different once you sign. The safety of this place is the most concerning part though, I had my truck stolen from here due to one gate that never operated properly the entire year of the lease. And when going to the office to get camera footage, I was told that the camera that faces that open gate conveniently doesn't work. The ladies in the office dismissed my frustrations and said they could do nothing. Communication with the office through and through sucks.

If I could leave ZERO stars for this place I absolutely would. We have been without working AC for several months now. At first it was no big deal since the cold weather was coming, but that didn’t last long. Now that it’s getting warm outside again, we decided to put in a work order for maintenance to come check out our AC. In February alone, we put in a total of 4 work orders. The first 2 were marked as “work completed”, yet we still don’t have cool air blowing from our vents, and on top of that no one ever came to our apartment for any sort of service. We know this because we have a ring doorbell, and also have interior cameras as well. The third work order was made by calling the office to let them know what was going on. We were told it would be made a “top priority” and that someone would be here before the end of day, no one came. The recent work order was a day after the third one. Physically went into the office, explained to the manager what was going on, and was told she had no idea why maintenance would do that and that she would get in touch with the maintenance manager, and the district manager. Again, we were told someone would come by the end of the day to check our unit, and no one came. At this point, I’m done with this place. No one seems to give a damn about how uncomfortable their residents are. I’ve emailed the property management company, and submitted a code complaint on the complex due to their lack of service, which I also found out that we are not the only ones dealing with this. I highly recommend looking for your home elsewhere. This complex is beyond terrible and I do not plan on resigning a lease with them, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone in the future.

I have lived here for over 4 years with my husband and now my kid. When we first moved here, everything was great and management was quick to respond to everything. Now that's changed since we moved to a 3 bedroom apartment within Skyview West. The AC has been broken since winter and they've been pushing it off or say they're doing different tasks to remedy the situation. We are now going into spring and my thermostat still says 77 degrees and I'm sweating and watching my son have his cheeks flushed and he's warm to the touch. This cannot continue. My husband has been going to the office every single day to stay on top of getting this fixed but they've been dragging their feet.

We just recently applied as first time apartment tenants and we received the best help from Will. He walked us through all the details and helped us with pricing. He really listened to what our needs were and worked with us to find the best price! We also spoke to Cari who also helped us with an issue on our application and was able to help us greatly. We can’t wait to move in!

I have family that l9ves in these apartments. At first the apartments were great, but once my family downsized that's when everything got bad. They were in the smaller apartment for a little over a month and they started getting sick. The apartment ended up having mold and when they would call the office, the lady that answered the phone would never relay the messages to the manager. After calling 4 times, one of the residents had to go to the hospital. He was vomiting for over 3 days, had a headache that would not go away l, and he couldn't sleep. This was due to the mold exposure in the apartment. The next day, my family called again to let the apartment manager know they were getting sick. The same lady answered the phone and she started yelling at him. She was so loud he voice was heard by a visitor who was standing 5 feet away. My family member called code compliance and walked to the office to speak with the main manager and as soon as he walked in the office, the lady started accusing him of doing drugs and was yelling. The main manager apologized to him and listened to his concerns. He informed my family that he was never told about the calls and he had no idea about the mold in the apartment. My family was moved to another apartment and when he went to pick up the key, he started getting unnecessarily comments from the maintenance guy. He received his key yesterday from the maintenance guy, but that same maintenance guy tried to break into my family's apartment today. He first stated that my family didn't answer the door when he knocked, but he then changed his story to state that he thought the apartment was vacant. How do you think it is a vacant apartment when you are the one who made a key and handed it to my family member less than 24 hours ago? Whatever the case was, the maintenance guy decided to pry the l9ck open to gain entry to the apartment. Luckily he was not able to enter. There was no reason for him to be there. No re requests were made for repairs and no one gave a notice that they needed to enter the apartment. Stay away from these apartments. They will treat you nice until you discover the mold and then they harass you with no remorse!
