Siddons Place Apartments

i used to live here with my family since 2014 or 2013 can't remember moved out in September 2025 but the reason why i rate it 3 stars is because of the roaches that steal my food all the time the pool is always closed at the playground is mid but overall it's still a good place to live good luck with your demolition.

Good so far manager is good. only thing is resprop rental company is greedy and isn't willing to make this apartment all bills paid. Electricity companies like TXU energy overcharge and are notorius for price gouging at apartments like this so be careful which provider you choose

It’s ok I won’t say that’s it’s so great reason one is the pool is never open even when it’s hot. Reason two is it is not that much rooms. Now the ok part about this is the rooms has some space. Next is there is a place were you can go play like a park and a yard. But I really want them to rebuild the park with swings. Zipline. Rebuilt the money bars. Rebuild the slides pls and thanks

I love this place and I hope I can move in soon and I love the people here and my familys are in one place and I love my friend that works in the office she's been working there for a long time and she helps in alot of ways in she does care for people that does need help with things and I'm just praying for to be here in a home I could call my home thank you for being here to help me and you have been here pat thank u .

This place is Pennsylvania place apartments however it was renamed and remodeled somewhat. Management is terrible. There are several maintenance issues that go unchecked . The celings leak continuously due to ghetto rigging the plumbing. The contractors are shotty and dont fix issues just temp fixes. This place is a major city code violation. I wouldn't live here there are several much nicer apartments nearby
