I've been living here at Santa Barbara gardens apartments for 3 years I've never had a problem it's quiet I never had roaches or problems with my unit I'm moving not because of how I'm being treated or because of the property I'm just in need of a new scenery I want to give a shout out to the manager Mrs Davis who never changed on me like most managers do she's always positive and she gets the job done to her best ability give Santa Barbara a try.

No one is ever in the office now. It’s pitiful. Since Carmen isn’t there anymore. No one EVER answer the phone when you call. The hrs are stated but the New Manager is NEVER THERE.

I love Ms. Carmen and Ms. Marina services. They always on time when it's come to fixing a problem I have with apartment. They are really good people. And they also work with you, and they are not rude.

I want to say thank you to carmen the manager perfect customer service she's nice and I'm glad I chose these apartments she's on her business property is always clean it's quite and I'm a happy camper mantinance Mr Miller is very knowledgeable about things and he also does a good job santa barbara rocks

I been living here seen September 19,2019 and so far I like living here . It's ok I like it management is cool and nice to me I have no problem staying her
