The apartment above me literally pissed over the apartment balcony and landed on my balcony furniture and the office did nothing.

I want to give a big thank you to Harold and Allen from the maintenance team! They were friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. They responded quickly to my maintenance request and took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. I really appreciated their professionalism, positive attitude, and great customer service. Thank you both for making the experience so easy!
