Very THANKFUL for Marquis and Janie!!! They are the best. Janie made the move in process so easy and carefree. She has amazing customer service and I can tell she cares. Marquis is one of the best maintenance that I've come across. He's passionate about his job and wants to make sure the residents are taken care of. He is definitely an asset!!! I appreciate you both!

I have lived at this property for about 7 years. Management is quick with work orders and property is well kept and quiet. Miss Janie is so helpful any time I need something. when I put in a service request Marquis is always showing up same day. Pulling in to the Town Hones you almost always see them fixing something, cleaning up, planting flowers. They will greet you with a smile and a wave. It’s just feels good to come home.

This place has changed so much over the last few months. It's clean, they have done lot's of upgrades, and repairs to the buildings inside and out. Janie the manager is always smiling and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I moved here in May 2023 and haven't had a single bad issue. The landlord Lisa is absolutely amazing and is quick to solve any problems I have. I love having a garage for my car as well. The area isn't bad, the only thing I wish they had was a pool. Besides that, I love my new apartment!
