I’ve had an on going maintenance request for almost 3 months now. Super simple at that. Was told that someone would be by the same day and no one ever came. I’ve also asked if someone could clean the hallways/ stairwells because they haven’t ever been cleaned since I’ve lived here, they are covered in stains, trash and chicken wing bones. The front desk people are nice but don’t seem to follow through with anything. Won’t be renewing my lease.

My AC has been broken since 11/20, and it’s now 12/2 with absolutely nothing done. I understand there was a holiday and they had two days off, but it’s going on almost 2 weeks now. I’ve called the office multiple times, spoken to different people, and every time I’m told maintenance will “take care of it.” Yet every day I come home to no update, no attempt, and zero progress. Yes, it’s cold outside right now, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m paying full rent for an apartment that doesn’t even have a working AC. It’s a basic expectation, and the lack of urgency or responsibility from management is unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is that I left a glowing review when I first moved in because I genuinely liked living here. That review has been deleted because after this experience, I can’t say the same anymore.

I toured this property a few weeks ago. It is gorgeous. Lots of beautiful amenities and the actual apartments are bright and vibrant. Newest fixtures and appliances. Tyler gave a great tour. He was knowledgeable and took his time showing me all the interesting aspects of the property. They have rooms to chill in and space for office work. A gym and a large mail room. I did not wind up here, but I was impressed enough to leave a review. Thanks

Ramble and Rose! I have so much to say.. The team here is outstanding from my move in to move out. Jeriah… Susie.. Trinity.. Y'all became so dear to me. Ramble and Rose was a place of growth for me and developing wonderful friendships. The leasing team is there for the residents whole heartedly. THEY LOVE PEOPLE. And it shows daily with their thorough communication styles. They are an amazing team. I will definitely continue to stop by to say hello to these outstanding friends. They take care of their residents. This is a wonderful place to live! The sky lounge is the greatest workspace or fun space. Best sunsets… I will miss my friends here. 🫶🫶 Also.. most notably.. My double vanity and gorgeous closet where I could view every stitch of clothing that I own. The finishings in my apartment were top-notch. I will miss that closet!! 😂

Not the worst place to live— the best part is how modern it looks inside. When I moved in last summer, things were a lot better. The resident events were better, things didn’t break as often, etc. but then I think they switched management companies and things kinda went downhill. The elevators always broke, the type of residents changed, the hallways always smelled funky, and there were always issues with Amazon packages. Overall, it’s not worth the price you pay to live here, but I did appreciate how secure I felt like the building was. I wouldn’t choose to live here again if I moved back in DFW.
