Primavera Apartments

Primavera Apartments is a comfortable and quiet place to live. The apartments are practical, and the environment is clean. The staff is professional and very responsive, making it easy to live here. It has been a pleasant experience so far.

Apartments are trash I hate I stay over here sometimes people in my building good but the environment is outta line I wouldn't mind helping but y'all won't pay me

This is the worst apartment complex in all of Texas. The rats decide who stays and goes. Lack of credible maintenance. This complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The manager is cool but if I am any governmental agency this place needs to be shut down immediately.

Worst place I ever lived. When I first moved, they didn’t even walk the apartment. I tried to give notice, 60 days, that I would be moving. They told me it can only be turned in from the 30-3rd or it would be a $50 fee. I just laughed. Anyway, because of my situation, I took the apartment. Never again, and then I asked could I prorate 9 days, they told me no. Never paid late ONCE, and Tonia, always had an attitude(property manager). I can go on a rant about no hot water, rats, and etc... but I’ll save the time and say this, believe the reviews. Unless you have no where to go, don’t come here. On top of that, they tarped the pool, which never opened. This is not the kind of place you want to raise an animal. I know they know who I am, and not afraid to voice my opinion, which is why the parking policy got changed, because unlike the people here, I am not scared of them. Good luck in your search. The management is nice and the apartment is decent. It's fair priced for having all utilities included. I do not like the fact that they have people's car towed for the smallest reasons but they are fresh management so I give them a chance to pick up and fix the problems that exist.
