maintenance is always super fast and nice!

The area is nice. Apartments are a little overpriced. Living by the park is a benefit. However, the apartments are poorly insulated. Between sirens, traffic, people, dogs, fire alarms, and peddle trolleys driving through the parking lot, it’s often far from peaceful. If you live on the wall that borders the dog park, you’ll likely be woken up every night by dogs barking. The complex has quiet hours, but they’re not enforced. Fire prevention pipes burst frequently in the winter, there’s been 3-4 both years we’ve lived here. That contributes to fire alarms in the winter, however, year round the building fire alarms go off more frequently than normal.

Robby is so amazing! He’s made my moving process so easy and I cannot imagine a better experience. He’s knowledgeable and kind, and Shannon, the property manager, is the best! I’m so glad to have found this place.

I’ve loved living here the past year, the people working here are kind, accommodating and have gone above and beyond to make sure my experience here has been great. People living here too are just as great to be around, would highly recommend to anyone
