Joel was very professional and courteous. He showed patience with us and did a great job showing us the units.

I have been living here for a little over a year and this is by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Brittany is fantastic and always takes care of the residents. Manuel keeps this entire building running smoothly and practically every time I have submitted a maintenance request he has been at my apartment with a solution within 2 hours. Everyone is super friendly and a lot of residents know each other by name and greet each other in the hallways. It’s clear that people are being truly cared for and treated as people rather than just a number. The management team here have my utmost respect and appreciation for all they do.

Having to update this again. Now they are not sending out emails when changing the payment system. When you try to to reach out the RA they don't respond. Sometimes people need to split payments for various reasons and now you randomly can't. That is horrid communication, not to mention the noise levels are insane at 12 at night due to people blasting there engines preventing people from sleeping.

Everything about moving in has gone smoothly. Misty Oaks is always helpful and cheery. The maintenance man, Manuel, is very experienced and helpful. I am new here and feel very comfortable in this setting.
