I’ve lived in three different units at this complex since 2023, and that alone should probably say enough. When I first moved in, I’ll be honest, I had some assumptions. From the outside, I expected the usual concerns: slow maintenance, bugs, safety issues, or unresponsive management. I was very wrong, and I’m glad I didn’t judge this place by its cover. Maintenance here is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Requests are handled incredibly fast, often same day, always thoroughly AND I feel safe with them in my home whether I’m present or not! I’ve never had any issues with bugs, and I genuinely feel safe living here, which is something I don’t take lightly. Management deserves a huge shoutout as well. I’ve never lived anywhere where I could send an email and get a response the same day. That level of communication is rare and absolutely needs to be highlighted. The entire team is responsive, helpful, and honestly impressive. I never feel any fakeness, favoritism, or concern that another tenant has an advantage due to tenure or being a “favorite.” Everything is handled fairly and professionally. They strike the perfect balance of being friendly while still assertive and truly meaning business when it’s time to lock in. There’s absolutely no way I could do their job, and I’m very glad I don’t have to. Kudos to y’all. I originally left my first unit due to life changes, not because of the complex. I loved it here so much that I chose to stay and moved into an upstairs unit on the opposite side of the complex. Eventually, I realized I’m a bottom-floor gal through and through, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and supportive in helping me move back to a downstairs unit. That kind of flexibility and understanding means so much. I was inspired to leave this review because while Googling to see if I could find a floor plan view of my apartment for decorating purposes, I came across the reviews and was honestly shocked. My experience has been completely different, and I felt it was important to share that. When the day comes that I eventually leave this complex, I know I’ll be genuinely sad. The staff, including maintenance, have set VERY high standards for any future place I consider. I can confidently say this has been the best apartment experience I’ve had.

I currently live here and the place is awful. I saw one person compliment James on here but I saw him smoking weed outside the mailboxes one time, he probably bought it from the drug dealers that live here. They covered it up by now but there was bullet holes it the staircase next to my house for the longest time I don’t know what happened but I’m not surprised. People have died here I’ve seen a few people say maintenance is good, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They never come out here even when you need it the most. they tried to fix something in my bathroom, which they never even finished or did it right in the first place and they had to took off my bathroom door for that and they never came to put it back on even though we’ve messaged them about it a lot. We’ve called them countless times about our stove not working but they never came to replace it and we didn’t get to celebrate Thanksgiving because of this. Me and other people have had problems with rats and apartment does nothing about it. A big red flag for us was when we first moved in the previous tenant left something in our house and came to pick it up, when she walked inside she pointed out something and said “they finally fixed that?” I can’t remember what it was but she was telling us throughout the entirety of her living here there was something that needed to be fixed and she reached out to them all the time about it but they never came out to fix it. This place is honestly horrible I could go on and on about it but I just hope something gets done about this. Anyway hope this helps if you’re thinking about moving in 💜

I lived here from 2019-2023. The first year was absolutely amazing, sadly things began to change when my unit and both next to me became infested with roaches. I reached out to the office and was told they would exterminate. After a year of dealing with the ungodly amount of roaches I began keeping all my food/dishes in the fridge and used zero cabinet space as there was roaches crawling on my food and dishes. I began to doubt there was any extermination happing so the day of a scheduled visit I chose to stay home from work and wait for them. only to find I was right and no one came. I reached out to the office and James lied to me by telling me they did come and I should “consider better housekeeping”. I kept my apartment spotless and mopped daily to avoid the roaches as best as possible. After talking to both neighbors on each side of me I found out that they were experiencing the same issues and also keeping their food/dishes in the fridge instead of using their cabinet space. At first I loved my apartment the price was amazing the neighborhood was homey. I however simply couldn’t live with roaches and staff that refused to help with the infestation. I had to throw away everything I owned so the roaches did not come to my new house. Parks At Westover showed they were capable of better my first year leasing, I am disappointed in the service regarding the roach infestation that took place for almost two years of leasing. If you choose to live here be prepared for a gaslighting manager, and roaches as your roommates.

I highly recommend this apartment complex! Staff is very friendly and maintenance responds to issues quickly. The community is safe and quiet with quick access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and groceries. I definitely appreciate the owner keeping rent prices on the lower end as it has become harder and harder to find reasonably priced apartments. I lived here 1 year and the only reason I left was due to moving in with my significant other. I loved this apartment so much, i recommended it to a friend who is moving into my unit!

I just turned in my keys after two years here. I have loved this place! Beautiful trees, the kindest staff, and a great apartment for the price. I’ve always felt safe here, which means a lot because it’s just been my daughters and me. They’re super fast with maintenance and I’d recommend this place to anyone.
