Poor management, no safety, very few cameras. They don’t care about the residents. Rent has gone up almost 500 dollars in the past 3 years. It is not worth the price.

I would not recommend renting here based on my experience over the past two years. Communication with the front office has been consistently challenging, as concerns are often met with resistance rather than resolution. At move-out, we were charged for carpet replacement in both apartments despite there being no noticeable damage. There was also an attempted overcharge, which was only corrected after we brought it to their attention. Additionally, security is a concern. My vehicle, along with several others, was broken into during our time here. In a separate incident, another tenant had their rims and tires stolen. Management did not provide assistance in these situations, and the property does not have cameras in place. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, questionable charges, and limited security measures made for a frustrating experience. Prospective tenants may want to carefully consider these factors before leasing here.

After I left, I started getting letters and calls from debt collectors about an “unpaid balance” from Overlook Ranch. This was for an exact amount that I had already paid, on time, with no issues, through Bilt, as instructed by the front office.

I've lived here 3 years and love calling this place home. The new management that came in last year are wonderful. They are really doing a great job and the maintenance people here are doing a great job 24/7. You put in a maintenance request within 24 hours it's usually same day it's taken care of. And they do have 24-hour maintenance if it's something serious. If you're looking for a nice place to call home living in an apartment you need to check out Overlook ranch. The clubhouse when you walk in will sell you the minute you see it it's beautiful. I don't know any apartment complexes that have what they have it looks like something you see on Yellowstone beautiful. If you're looking for an apartment I recommend checking them out it's a great place to live
