Attention BED BUGS This place is a disgrace I wouldn't recommend this place to my dead dog it is infested with bed bugs spreading from apartment to apartment the only thing the lady in the front office has to say is you're not allowed in the office anymore and I'm going to advise all of your neighbors that you have bed bugs Which I'm pretty sure they know because they probably all have them too due to the fact they don't want to exterminate and kill them off they just spread from apartment to apartment this building needs to be shut down and condemned it is disgusting For example a lady had bed bugs for several years and then she passed away her belongings are still in the apartment with the bed bugs they're just spreading from her apartment to the apartments next to her if you're not aware of bed bugs they eat on your flesh and suck your blood they crawl up your walls and they live in the cracks of the walls and in the cracks of your beds the eat on you at night time they're disgusting they're worse than cockroaches it is considered a health hazard which after I get through with this review I will be calling health and human services on this building

I have been a resident here for a year, and the only thing that I can say negative about this location is that the security gate fobs don't work properly on all entrances my only suggestion would be that they make inputting the gate codes accessible from your car meaning you will no longer need to get out of your car to input the codes

What a joy it has been living here at Oak Timbers! It has beautiful landscaping and the grounds are always well maintained. I appreciate so much the many amenities provided for the benefit of the residents here: free covered parking, free cable and internet service, water bill paid. The residents also very much enjoy the many social activities prepared for their enjoyment throughout the month: shopping trips, going to the movies or restaurants, food bank, parties, special events and more. Patricia and Elisa, property management, are outstanding in working hard on behalf of it's residents. They're amazing! They're professional and efficient, yet go above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable and at home here. It's such a warm, caring and safe environment here. My neighbors are, also, friendly and respectful and I appreciate them very much. Maintenance staff is efficient, takes pride in their work, yet they are very courteous and respectful, as well. This is definitely a place one can call home. Much thanks to Patricia and Elisa for being great to one and all. You have no idea how much you are also cared for and appreciated.

Attended their community Christmas party that the front office hosted and it was awesome! The tenants enjoyed ribs, wings and much more food that it’ll be too much to list! They also did raffles with gifts for the tenants and had Christmas karaoke!! It was awesome to see the fun and fellowship they were having together!

Maintenance staff is one area that is very important to me and Oak Timbers' team of Adam and Ernie is superior to any I've had, ever. Of course they're professional, but they're also more than happy to explain what they're doing and why. They are both very friendly and helpful, as well. Ernie responded to my commode's crisis last Sunday morning, with a smile. He left church and arrived here, with replacement parts for the inside of the tank. It didn't seem to take him any time to make a jet out of an old prf op. It flushes like it means business now. Many, many thanks to the property for hiring both of these men.
