I do not recommend this apartment complex unless you are extremely desperate to find some place to live. There's no on-site maintenance on the property. If someone does finally show up, most don't understand English. There are half hearted attempts to fix major issues, like the air conditioning condenser line and pan in my apartment. 3 work orders for the same problem. This really stupid. Now, the property owners have someone in the leasing office who doesn't do much for the tenants who live here. English isn't this guy's language. Makes it very difficult to communicate. Plus, he's not on the list of management on the property app. He's set up to fail. Also, don't believe the special for people who work in certain industries. They don't honor that. Can't wait to move out when the lease is up.

Roger is great! He’s has helped my residence go smoothly, and I can tell he cares deeply about making his residents happy and comfortable. I’ve only met Johan, the new on-site manager, a few times, but I’ve enjoyed getting to know him and I’m grateful for his help as well. I expect this place to flourish under his care. Lastly, Javier, the maintenance lead, has been great as well. I can tell he takes pride in performing honest work. He can fix just about anything, even a broken heart!
