This place is perfect if you’re a dog owner who wants to experience city living and have greenery to walk your dog. Newby Park is right next to the property and it’s a good size for dog walks. My biggest issue is it’s right next to a train track, it can be loud but you get used to it. What makes this place so great is Camryn is amazing whenever you reach out, maintenance is pretty quick considering there’s no staff on the premises, and the location. Parking can be tricky and there’s no amenities but the location makes up for it. I’d recommend this place if you want walkable city living and need quick access to 30 or 35.

Lived here for 2 years. These are “no frills” apartments, there are 0 amenities besides 1 grill and the city park next door. There is also no staff on site at this location. The apartments are nice but you are paying a lot for the location. The good thing about these apartments: Prime location downtown, lots of places within walking distance or a short drive. The apartments are new and I didn’t have issues with insects or terrible neighbors. Cons: There are no amenities and the apartments are pricey. The parking area is not gated or secure and my car was broken into and vandalized once by a junkie. Also if the power ever goes out (unlikely because you are close to hospitals) then you will not be able to enter the building unless someone lets you in. I think this apartment is perfect for people that are always on the move or work a lot and don’t care if it is expensive for the size.

We are in our 3rd year at Magnolia at Mistletoe Heights, we absolutely love our Townhome and our little community. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond, our maintenance crew, Willie & Ramon are quick, thorough and respectful. They also have a sense of humor which is refreshing. I highly recommend this property, beautiful living and you can't beat the location!

I have lived here for almost 4 months and I’ve loved absolutely every second of it. Cameron Byrd always responds quick and is very helpful! The maintenance guys also rule. Very fast but also very friendly. Work orders have been handled swiftly and with ease.

UPDATED LONG POST RESPONSE WARNING: If we are following along, I did receive a PUBLIC google response from the owner less than 24 hours, yet still nothing privately, although I have been emailing to the entire team. This proves my point of their desire to place profit and reputation over quality of service and transparency, as I have been PRIVATELY emailing, to no avail. The minute I then offer pubic feedback an immediate response. In my feedback I will now warn future tenets of the tactics being used by this company to withhold information and not respond privately. Below you can see in their response of a deep cleaning fee, which was previously paid (I will share all screenshots and records, if needed) and that we were emailed on 9/10 (with a detailed ledger- untrue). If you want to live in a community that values your loyalty and on-time payments (we have ALL receipts) and wish to not be overcharged or doubly charged without firm and clear information, DO NOT MOVE TO ANY Magnolia property. It's so so disappointing as we loved the onsite staff and the maintenance team, this seems to be very poor customer service and business acumen from the owners. Again, I would prefer this matter handled privately but since this is the only way to get their attention- here we are. LONG POST WARNING: I had every intention of having fond memories of this unit we called home for 3 years. My wife and I raised our son here, nurtured our growing family and hosted our families for holidays. We made the hard decision to move forward with buying a home, for many reasons, one of which is would allow more safety for our son, who has ASD and is non-verbal. When we gave notice to the apartment, we followed all of our leasing requirements, making all necessary payments to ensure they were set up financially to prepare the unit for another hopeful family. We paid all additional fees, we also referred people to the facility. Unfortunately, what has come to my attention is the owners of this complex sent and additional amount of money they are demanding of my wife and I to collections (before even removing our name from their call box) though we supplied our forwarding address on July 1, 2024. We have attempted outreach with the apartment to receive a detailed breakdown of these specific costs and the dates to which they informed us of these costs, however, we have yet to receive that information. It's unfortunate to have ended our wonderful time actually living in the unit with this experience, especially with the team at Magnolia knowing how responsive my wife and I have always been to ensure we meet the expectations of our lease. If you do choose to move to any of the Magnolia properties, please be warned that on move out they will not hesitate to strap you with large bills, immediately send them to collections and offer zero clarity as to what the charges are for. I hope this review offers you some clarity in making decisions for your future family and where to move, which is already is a stressful decision, then have to battle with owners and property managers on top of everything else, adds so much more stress. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Their practices at Magnolia are not transparent or people-centered rather profit centered (truly unfortunate). I do not wish what we are dealing with on you or your family, attempting to contact the owner 3 months after move out trying to retrieve details you are owed, such as the break down of what an additional $3,000 (on top of a very large sum we already paid) is being billed for. Wishing you a better outcome that ours, which is why I wanted to take the time to share our experience.
