have been a resident here for nearly 3 years. good luck trying to get anybody to answer the phones. left 2 voicemails and still no returned call. literally, on my nerves.

I recently moved into Mag & May, and I’ve had a great experience so far! The community is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the location is hard to beat. If you enjoy being able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local bars, Magnolia area is right at your doorstep. The property is generally very peaceful. There is some nearby construction, but that’s outside the managements control and hasn’t been much of an inconvenience. The apartment homes are well-maintained, and the office team has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process. I’m excited to call Mag & May home and would definitely recommend checking it out!

Not gonna lie the application process was rough but management changed and Im especially grateful for the maintenance team . Will helped me find an easier solution to moving in my things and he and the other guy fixed my a/c in less than 30 mins after reporting it out despite having to go up on the roof in the heat of the day !! The place is gorgeous and has great amenities!!

Lots of construction on 2/4 sides, very high turnover in staff, constant platform changes that cause errors and pain and suffering every month, overcharged ($300 price decrease after I signed), they overcharge you every month even though you show them many times the evidence you’ve already paid insurance,and homeless for a week (when I arrived the day I was suppose to move in and the unit wasn’t ready. I moved across the state and didn’t have a home while I was starting my new job). It’s been a nightmare.

Mag and May is such a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the leasing team is incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. You can tell they truly value their residents and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Beautiful community with amazing service — definitely recommend!
