Luxia River East Apartments

I have had a wonderful experience moving into the Luxia. Hannah has been great working with and everyone in the office has really great personalities. It is always a positive atmosphere and I love that. And love my view.

I had a wonderful experience with Reggie at Luxia Rivereast. He was very kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy, greeted me with a warm smile and truly listened to everything I had to say. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend Reggie and this community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great tour at Lucia River East today with Joshua. He was super welcoming and made sure to point out all the features that fit exactly what I'm looking for. The units are beautiful and Joshua’s professionalism really stood out. The dog park is a huge bonus! Great first impression!

Working with Hannah has been a wonderful. She is welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, she’s been quick to respond and more than willing to help, making the entire process smooth and stress free. Her dedication to the residents truly shows, and it’s clear she takes great pride in supporting the community. It’s always a pleasure to interact with her.

When I initially applied for housing, I was approved after paying the necessary application and administrative fees. However, I was then informed that the unit I applied for would not be available for several months. As a result, I felt pressured into moving into my current unit, which was not my original choice. Flies continue to enter my apartment through the windows, making the living conditions uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’ve already submitted a request for the windows to be inspected and repaired, but no action has been taken.
