BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX Absolute Frauds. Told me my rent was 750 the bill was 1,285. After I told them I would not pay more than I agreed on they would not allow me to pay rent at all taking the option off the portal with no response to emails nor a address to mail a money order to. This is a SCAM. Don't let your loved ones be scammed by these dope fiends running the property. They also listed it for sale and didn't even have the common curtesy to let any of the residents know.

It has been great watching this building be brought back to its beauty with new shutters, landscaping, and great people. A wonderful part of the neighborhood.

My partner and I moved in on February 1st with the help of our amazing landlord Donya. The application process was very easy and accessible. During the first couple days of moving in we had no gas heat turned on. Donya offered to bring us her own space heater and blankets to accommodate our needs before we got it turned on. She’s very responsive and quick to act if we need a work order taken care of! It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood in the LGBTQ community and we couldn’t have picked a better spot between S. Main and Magnolia!

I’m only giving it 5 starts due to new management! Overall this area is good for the city life. You have places to where you can walk and go have dinner and drinks and if you like dive bars you have some close to the area to walk to as well. Special thank you too Holly! The new property manager who is hands on and ready for action. Every concern I have with in the home or property is addressed in a timely manner. She is a well respected lady in my book. I want to give another special thank you to Donya. She showed us the apartments and took the time out of her day to help us. One more thank you to Jeremy ! He is a really good maintenance tech. Knows what he’s doing. If you have any questions he will answer them to the best of his ability. The whole maintenance team The whole maintenance team is really good. really good. This property will flourish if they keep this management company !
